Current Students
All current students must pay tuition 1 week before session begins to save their class spot. Vacancies may be filled with new students if payment is not received. It is your responsibility to render payment each session if you want your child to continue the class. To ensure your childs spot in classes, consider becoming an Auto Bill customer for automatic billing. Speak with a Sun Country staff member to sign up.
New Students
Full payment is required with registration. We do not send customers invoices. It is your responsibility to make full payment for each session. Joining a class after the session commences results in a pro-rated tuition rate based on your start date. Consider becoming an Auto Bill customer for automatic session billing. Speak with a Sun Country staff member to sign up.

Dropping a Class & Missed
Classes
There are no pro-rated refunds or credits for dropped/missed classes. Once the session has begun, you are responsible for attending all scheduled classes during the entire session. Make-up classes must be scheduled through the Sun Country front desk. You must call in any absence prior to the starting of any class. We can not extend a make-up class if no prior notice is given. If a make-up class is scheduled and you fail to attend, you automatically forfeit the class. All make-up classes are your responsibility and may not be carried from one session to the next. |
